Kobie is someone you just really want to have on your team- she's an expert of her profession, has direct and supportive communication, and she truly advocates for your child to get the services they need. She provides realistic expectations on timelines and what to expect. Our family trusts Kobie and appreciates all she has done for our family in the almost four years we have been working with her.

When we first met Kobie, It seemed as if we had known her for years. She easily understood our family and was able to build a budget that really worked for our son.
A budget was new to us and can be overwhelming- but she put us at ease. She is a true professional while also being easy to talk to.

Kobie has truly been an answer to our prayers while trying to navigate Self Direction for my adult daughter. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Medicaid program and always there for us with any questions. She treats my daughter’s situation like she would treat her own child. We trust Kobie to always guide us in the right direction. ‘

Kobie has been a huge support to me and my family. Two years ago I knew nothing about the Self-Direction Budget process and she patiently walked me through the steps to ensure my grandson received the funding he needed.
She now continues to advocate on our behalf. I am still learning as I maneuverer through the ever changing system. She continues to be a support and I am gaining in my own competency and confidence due to her.

Kobie has been our broker for several years. She is very knowledgeable about available services and how to best utilize the money in our self directed budget. She goes above and beyond to help connect my sons with the programs they need. I would highly recommend Kobie as a broker.

I first met Kobie in January 2019 in another special needs advocacy role, but I instantly felt a kinship with her. When we began the Medicaid process, I knew I wanted Kobie on our team as our broker. She doesn't only talk the talk, she walks the walk as a special needs mom herself. When COVID-19 hit, she continued to stay as a source of support. She has always offered suggestions on ways to maximize our budget and enjoyment. She has helped me with other issues that have come up along the way. As she would say herself, she is not a patient person! She has helped expedite many processes and gently pushed for things to continue moving through the gears for us. She continues to help us advocate for our son. Her expansive knowledge of the entire system is such an asset. I know I can contact Kobie about almost anything and she will either have the answer immediately, or find it for me within a day or two. Having a special needs child is challenging enough, so navigating the Medicaid system on top of it could be unbearable. But thankfully Kobie is our co-captain, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Kobie Natoli has been our family’s guide and spiritual leader on our journey through NYS’s Self-Direction system since we entered it in 2019. We could not be happier with her. She’s experienced, responsive, detail oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, caring… We are in a great place with our services and we would not have gotten here without her. 10/10 recommend.
